Tuition & School Supplies Funded
A 12-hour fast and prayer chain cleared the way for tuition, uniforms, textbooks, and even soccer balls so every child could report to school with dignity.
On January 2, 2025, Pastor Brian asked how Anthony was "really doing." That honesty launched a 12-hour fast where both families abstained from food and water, quoting Matthew 17:21 while asking the Lord to keep them from distraction. Coming out of that fast, Brian sent a spreadsheet listing every tuition fee, supply, and even a small line for play therapy gear.
Anthony and Michelle wired the funds, determined not to lose the spiritual focus the Lord was cultivating. Brian's receipts, tailoring photos, and neatly labeled notebooks poured in immediately, including portraits of each child clutching their supplies.
Now, ahead of every term, the team repeats the same rhythm: pray first, confirm the need, fund the entire cohort, and document every delivery so future sponsors can see the faces behind the spreadsheets.
Stewardship snapshot
- Funds first arrive in FFH's U.S. account.
- They are then transferred to Stanbic Bank in Uganda via SWIFT wire.
- Truth Restoration Church elders review and prioritize the children’s needs.
- Once the needs are identified, they are submitted to FFH for approval.
- After approval, the agreed-upon items are purchased, and receipts and photos of each purchase are sent back to FFH.
